The JERID Company presented a new version of the electronic rail map at the “transport & logistic 2005” fair in Munich. RailMap has noticed many significant and unique improvements, for example display of positions of more than 15 thousands railway stations from 28 countries, display of wagon or train positions with a possibility of the link to railways systems for a consignment monitoring or GPS/GSM systems. Together with the presentation of the biggest European database of rail freight information – ERIC, there has been made a very interesting ground for series of meetings with customers from more than 10 countries as well as for placing new contracts. Therefore the company management has found the participation on this fair as very successful.
